Yad Rachel Training for Social workers at MSR Jerusalem

At the end of August 2019, ‘Yad Rachel’ had a simulation-based training day for its senior staff of social workers.

‘Yad Rachel’ is an NGO that aims to develop and implement educational and therapeutic programs that assist children at risk and their families.

The training at MSR Jerusalem concluded the staff’s preparation for the new school year. The simulations written for the training dealt with therapeutic and management challenges that the senior social workers encounter. The scenarios focused on different tools to deal with challenging parents and ways of empowering junior staff.

Our aim at MSR Jerusalem is to expand our simulation-based training in the fields of Welfare and Education. We hope to continue the cooperation with ‘Yad Rachel’ and other organizations.
